Before enrolment, each learner completes an initial level screening. This helps match the group and timetable more accurately and gives the tutor a clearer starting point for the written learning plan.

The standard term course runs for ten weeks with two lessons per week. Guided practice is built into the schedule, and periodic progress summaries help learners stay aware of what they have covered and what still needs attention.
